A single view, exterior or interior, lit at one hour. The right size for a planning board packet or a first meeting where the client asks, “but what will it look like?”
One exterior, two interiors, and a dusk version of the exterior thrown in. Suits a spec house or a kitchen-and-bath package where the porch light matters as much as the tile.
Front and rear exteriors, four interiors, and day and dusk versions of the lead view. Sized at 5,400 px for the print brochure that will sit on a showroom table.
Everything in the $1,140 set, plus a 45-second camera walk from the driveway to the kitchen island. One path, at eye height, no flying. Quiet title card at the front, no music.

Two rounds are in every price. A third is for when the drawing changed under the render.
For stills only. Walkthroughs keep their 12 days, because a camera path does not get faster by asking.
Added after the set is delivered. The model is already built, so this is the lighting and the camera.
Send a PDF of plans and elevations, a photo of the lot and the hour you want. We reply within one working day with a fixed price. No deposit is taken; the invoice goes out after you approve the draft, payable by card, ACH transfer or check.
Moving a wall or changing the roof pitch after the draft is a new scope. We quote it before touching anything.
